⭕ otal height of cup ≤140mm (to avoid blocking the dashboard)

2. Qualification Verification
⭕ Material: Thickened lead-free glass/high borosilicate wave (FDA/LFGB certified)
⭕ Environmental protection: with environmental testing certification

3. Performance Verification
⭕ Sealability: no leakage when shaking upside down with water
⭕ Anti-slip: coefficient of friction of silicone base ≥ 0.5
⭕ Thermal insulation: ≥ 12 hours to keep hot/24 hours to keep cold

4. Supplier Factory Inspection
⭕ Require to send pre-production samples for size measurement
⭕ Check mold accuracy (±0.3mm tolerance)
⭕ Contract terms: meet QC standards + compensation for delayed delivery.
